First of all, this is footer, which repeats on all .+/print.+ pages and formatted in different <table>.

Second - there is no logic to leave the copyright that is violated during generation of IV page. (Quote: "not subject to further reproduction and/or distribution in any form, except with the written permission of "Interfax")
