Invalide date. This site has time with UTC-0. Look:
12:00 AM == 00:00 , but "00:00" no showing in IV, Therefore, time should not be displayed.

The date in my template is in UTC format: Kuala Lumpur's time zone is UTC+8.

Which is exactly matches the meta tag:
