Firstly, this banner is a part of the article. It leads to the same page "KLIK SINI" link leads. Editors do want this banner to be here. It's not an ad repeated across the site.
Secondly, you can't just remove them all. There is no specific class for their wrappers, you are only left with image url which follows the same pattern all uploaded images on this site do. So new articles with new banners might be added at any point.
And thirdly, this is the article from 2017 with less than 100 views.

By the way, I totally agree with your third screenshot only, because all that banners have nothing to do with the article content.
