This article's code isn't its own. It was copypasted from another site; I found it: g1.globo.com (I can't find this particular article, but you can find these classes in any other article, for example g1.globo.com/rj/rio-de-janeiro/noticia/2019/03/21/temer-e-chefe-de-organizacao-criminosa-ha-40-anos-diz-lava-jato-no-rj.ghtml).
The text you selected isn't displayed as a caption on the site. The classes it has aren't used on this site (they have no corresponding CSS etc.). They were copypasted with the rest of the code from g1.globo.com.
No sense to support other sites' layouts in the template. If this site copypasted code from all the Internet, should we support the layouts of all sites in the Internet? Especially when the site itself doesn't support it.
