This page is an article and must have an IV page. The table can be easily ignored. There are lots of pages like this on "iranhadese.ir" that include the article in a table with 1 row and 1 column.

- This is due to the poor design of the website. There's no guarantee that such "single row, single column" cases should always be treated in the same way, especially considering the inconsistency of the page structures. Anyways, I've fixed the issue but as I said no general rule can be applied to such irregular contents.
