Author name is required only if it is presented in the source article in a clear way (at the top of the page, at the very end of the text, etc.), especially if there's a name of an actual person. Which is right there at the bottom in bold.

- The author is presented not in all pages and they are differently presented across the pages. There is no consistency in this case and automation of this process may sometimes produce unclear results. Sometimes the page is portion of a book of an author. If we copy the text to top it will be duplicated. That's why it is better to keep the initial design
