Scroll down and you can see that IV is generated. The error message shown on the top is because Telegram's Servers cant retrieves a video file from the end of the article from ISNA's CDN server. Something that happens a lot with this website and can't be fixed via IV code. Telegram needs a way to allow for direct access to videos and images instead of loading them in the background into the caching servers.
