This is rather a subtitle than a caption. Captions have different style and note ( photo by - :צילום) see example at the top of this same page.

- I'm pretty sure it is, it appears in img's 'alt' attribute in addition to one in bold:
1. img alt="מלחין את עגנון, שלומי ברטונוב" src="/sites/default/files/u10321/no-kredit_57457524.jpg"
2. strong מלחין את עגנון, שלומי ברטונוב /strong
