should this page accidentally have a title, an IV would be generated. as you said here https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/istoe.com.br/template12/issue2/ this is a dynamic page. IV must not be generated in any case (show blue "No IV available" instead of red "Title_required" error). i think chances are being taken here.
