Those figcaption does not exist in the source, I know it's extracted from `alt`, but its meaning is duplicated with the source text already there.

- (why all so like to double issues at once?) it is meaningful text in the alt attribute, checklist says you may do it if the image has no caption. And even in this article it dublicates literally text only one time from two. Don't see any problem. I'd rather say that in second case it's even helps with accent on "Включение" and not "Отключение"
