Those blocks looks like blockquote. This looks like in original article, so i decide to do this.

It seems to be marked elements are not blockquotes.

More suitable element is pullquote. However: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pull_quote
So blocks should be added without any transformation.
Need admin's opinion.
