- IV doesn't have appropriate blocks to style highlighted block perfectly.
All other templates use <mark> element to emulate yellow highlight—which looks pretty similar, but is not semantically correct (block elements like paragraphs/headings wrapped inside inline <mark> element + heading formatting is missing).
This template uses 2 horizontal dividers to separate block from the main flow—which is not perfect, of course, but saves semantic
