- I understand what you are saying but I think that as we are UTC/GMT -3, the time is set as 13h56 as UTC -3. As we can see in the item 6.9 of the checklist for a perfect template (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-9-date-and-time), when there is conflicting dates, we must assume the visible one, and, as we are in the -3 timezone, we must correct the timezone to UTC. Please, understand that this is my view concepct of the datatime, as I get some rejects in others views because of that.
