- it;s a specific rare case of some keind of background cover image at this site and 1) it is not cover for IV because there is one phrase in checklist that suits for this case: "a cover is less desirable...when text on the cover image repeats the title". And 2) this cover image repeats video preview image too and they go one by another. It's not good viewing. And there is no another case of background image at this site, so I suppose that it's the good point not to double information with it
