- It is a special speakers block on this site through many articles and it lose its initial layout on site (it was like in this IV-template) afterwards (even pages with previous style are absent now). But without this dividing understanding of page layout became weaker here and f.e. https://jug.ru/2017/02/jugbliee-video/). Besides I don't see any problem with it because it's not extraneous content from the list in checklist, it's even not content
