Yes, and I can even show you example where author add related links backdating (see "Статьи По Теме" in https://it-like.ru/vosstanovil-koshelyok-so-100-bitkoinami/ and "Отредактировано: 2018-07-05". this edition was just to add new related links).
And in it-like-example no doubt that we need related articles list in IV.
