I intentionally left it and formatted to be distinct from main text. You can use Google Translate to check that it contains proposition for readers to become part of this site via sending their own articles and they will be published by reader's name. That's pretty unique for a news site and would produce bad UX if users wouldn't know about this possibility because we deleted it in Instant View. Also this element is present only at Lifestyle section of the site where it fits. Declined by admin

It's image caption Deleted Account It's in the same block as image because every image in galleries on this site is followed by Share buttons. Yes, same text is in title attribute and describes what happens on photo. But we preserve captions in IV templates because they look like captions and/or contain text which describes something on photo while being surrounded by remaining article text. Not because they're wrapped in some elements in site's source code. I think it's pretty clear that text in galleries pages on this site looks like paragraphs. That's why my template displays it as paragraphs. Captions on this site are easily distinguished by eye when they are used e.g: https://www.jugantor.com/international/113603/ Also as I already replied to you https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/jugantor.com/template16/issue1/ this case is explicitly allowed in rules.
