You can use Google Translate to check that it contains proposition for readers to become part of this site via sending their own articles and they will be published by reader's name. That's pretty unique for a news site and would produce bad UX if users wouldn't know about this possibility because we deleted it in Instant View. Also this element is present only at Lifestyle section of the site where it fits.
