This article 2016 year, articles added in related block — 2019, that doesn't sound like related articles...

- An article about Kenya, in the block there are links about Kenya. And here in general, you understand the meaning of the year - they are related to a certain topic, one article may be 2010, another article 2019.

- Actually, Dima makes a good point. The article was posted in 2016, but the "related" links are from 1-4 hours ago (as of checking them at the time of this comment).
So actually, those "related" links keep changing and are therefor actually dynamic.
So it's a valid issue.
