Any article may be "advertising, copy-paste", but c'est la vie

- It's impossible to parse the text and remove only 'articles' with questions. There are some blog entries on this site, and they need IV

Does Telegram really need such IV pages? I insist that this is a forum, not a blog.
A lot of advertising, copy-paste, questions without answers (Answers in the comments, because as i say it's a forum, not a blog)... Indeed, you can find a couple of pages that look tolerable, but most of them either are completely devoid of normal formatting, or just questions, or companies "blogs" which looks like advertising.
