- I don't think this is an issue here while it is a service page and not an article - it has differently marked titles. This title you marked is just regular H1 inside the body, where their titles for regular articles are stored in article header. Instead of using a 'random' H1 from the body, as a safety precaution I am fallbacking to the Title of the page, which suits this page quite fine actually.
