The site name should be "Карл-Маркс" as it appears on the main page with the title "Карл-Маркс". And then in facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1464578563865697/?fref=ts, on Twitter: https://twitter.com/karl_marks_ru and on Vkontakte https://vk.com/econommarks. Also, check this page http://karl-marks.ru/o-nas/. Even here the name is "Карл-Маркс". Why did they use it in the logo I have no idea, but it appears everywhere with the name "Карл-Маркс"

The meta tag can be wrong as well. Using the site's real name or maybe even domain name should work just fine.
