Authors posted an update date at the top because this is important to the reader.

Because before reading a long article, many people want to know the date of the last correction.

2Adm: this issue is a part of dialog started in Issue #1.

Zaur, you're right, maybe on this site position of "date updated" is very important, because readers can press on F5 and wait when their favorite blogger update his article, BUT! We're talking about IV pages which generate when Telegram user send a link to other user. Date of updating is technical information, checklist has NO RULES about keeping it on the page. It's only my decision: i think that this info is important, but NOT so important to keep it in top of article.
