This is not a duplicate date and no update date.

The date after last photo says about when photos made.

It should be in the article.

I think, it's time from Word doc, which was send to editor of this media, but article was just published later.
It's not essential info because we have real date of publication on the page. This block should be removed because it contains only date/author duplicates.
