Since image caption is wrapped on same identifiable container tag as the main image (and copyright), it must be converted as real image/figure caption.

- Maybe you're right, But figure has been separated with a hr like the source and it's pretty obvious that it's part of figure. Also and more importantly in cases like below link, this text it's quite big (a paragraph) and it's not pretty at all to represent it as caption
