This caption isn't have in original page, but they have in image attribute of named alt. In checklist says : If in alt have caption you could show as figcaption . But their have unneccessary text. You must clean their.
Please don‘t include meaningless alt-text as captions.

2. It’s included as the caption as it’s proposed in the rules.
3. That YouTube link is the source of the image, so it hardly should be removed.
