Also, inline didn't give the result.
The only way out is to make the menu from the headings and subheadings.
Since I have not found more similar articles, I believe that this is not a critical issue.

- Necessity of tables of content preserving was discussed in processed issues.
It's a large article that has navigation in both desktop and mobile versions. Since there's a way to create a table of content for it, it must be done.
