All this empty paragraphs, especially those at the bottom, can be removed and raise the quality of readability.

- <p> </p> and <br> are heavily used on this site for formatting purposes. Removing them often leads to poorly formatted text.

- While removing empty paragraphs is not critical, it could be nice to address them in a future revision of the template.
The reporter's template removes the empty paragraphs and it still seems quite readable:
