It's default meta-image/twitter-meta-image on this site. Current page hasn't specific images to use 'em as a preview pic.

Also as i know, the view of link without and with IV is different in Telegram. Your template looks better because of short meta-description / no IV. Try to create this page with correct IV & better preview pic and maybe you gonna find something interesting.
