It appears that this is indeed a one-off case that could be ignored. This template generates proper IVs for all the other videos that we've checked.

Indeed, as Yuri noted in an appeal (http://bit.ly/2uVutEq), pages that use a different URL structure for videos do appear infrequently, e.g.:

At the same time, this issue is not common. We have checked ~40 of the latest videos posted on kienthuc.net.vn and none of them use the short link format. While template #5 indeed generates slightly more IVs due to support for these cases, not supporting those few specific pages is a Grade 7 issue (doesn't cause any damage to the end user, see https://t.me/IVcontest/19).
At the same time, template #7 has a minor Grade 5 issue on some pages (also not critical):

This issue also doesn't appear consistently across all articles and is not serious enough, so we will not reject any of the templates, but the order remains.
