- This is the kind of issues I've been always having problems with. I just want a more clear explanation, does this really means that I should manully add <br>s after paragraphs in blockquotes almost always? Because sometimes exactly the same issues are declined, sometimes they're accepted.
"Quotes must be formatted to match their appearance in the source article" rule doesn't clearly define the criteria when additional line breaks must be added.
I don't want you to decline this, I just want an explanation.

- It depends on the specific quote and how the source page handles linebreaks in it. For instance, for this source page, divs are used to separate the blocks. So for IV, the template would need to add <br>s based on the divs inside the blockquote.
Sometimes quotes use <p>s to create linebreaks, sometimes they use <br>s. It depends on the domain / source page.
Either way, the linebreaks need to be supported so that the quotes can remain readable.
