- Seems like you didn't read my answer to the issue #1. Ok, I'll duplicate it here:
"It's clearly related posts - check its class (it's "details-related"). Furthermore see Checklist, p. 6.3.2:
"We will not accept issues on whether or not links formatted as “Related articles” are thematically related enough or static enough."
See also this case: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/jug.ru/template41/issue2 - "If template does handle related article links with IV 2.0 format, then issues regarding not being thematically related or static enough can be declined."
You too should remember the rule for issues about related blocks:
"We WILL NOT ACCEPT issues on whether or not links formatted as “Related articles” are thematically RELATED ENOUGH or STATIC ENOUGH."
And please pay more attention to the case I mentioned.

Remember the rule for related blocks:
"Other types of “More” links that are not suitable for the “Related articles” block should be removed, provided this is technically possible without endangering essential content. Examples:
- ...
- Dynamic lists of “Latest articles from this category”
