- This rule means that if you take an image from an article as a cover, then this image should no longer be in the body of the article, only as a cover.
In the links that you provided the cover exists and I use this image. I do not take the image from the body of the article. I did not add anything, all same as in the original article.

If I understand the rules correctly, it is a valid issue:
> The cover must not be set if:
> The cover image is duplicated in the article.
