- Such cases are a bit complicated. Let me explain.
Take a look at the cover: it's not just a photo or a video. It's a photo with video overlay. The caption says "Family provided photo" - that means that the photo is the main element there. The main instance of the video at the same time is located in the body of the article down below (after "Brian Acey says his..." paragraph).
I removed video overlay since it is duplicated in the body and according to the checklist:
6.2.2
The cover must not be set if:
- The cover image is duplicated in the article.
- Type of issue
- IV page is missing essential content
- Reported
