missing date

- As I already said it's up to admin. On first thought, that's easily fixable but substituting "today" for the current day. But actually IV can use a cached version of the page, so the presented date can vary a lot. And I don't want to link to comments, it's just not right, comments may appear a few days later if the article is not that popular.
The page misses any current dates that can be used as an article date. So I'm providing date only when I'm 100% that this date will never change again. If it's not on the page - that's not my issue.
