Can we make sure you have set proper timezone instead of directly set datetime from meta which have no timezone at all:
2019-04-16T15:15:12+00:00

If you not set any timezones in your template, its better to use time that visible to users.

The "+00:00" means it's UTC time. The Montana timezone is GMT-6 so it's correct.
