Static page is missing. 2019 year. And site_name is not have

- I don’t see the point of supporting subdomains not easily available to ordinary users (https://telegra.ph/file/0919b393204a18b719612.png).
All articles on krim.krym.news are simply mirroring ones published on the main domain, so my template actually supports the current article: https://vk.cc/9f9eYv; and it’s not the only case of such mirroring (see Issue #2).
I’ve also made a research and couldn’t find anyone who shared a single krim.krym.news’s article link in social media: https://telegra.ph/KrimKrymNews-04-03-2

Site_name is also not required for non-generated pages.
