The same thing here: the aricle is about Elena Borisovna, but her photo is missing.

Can't say they are essential. Non scalable. Just like pic. Also you are missing one more image in that article in this case.
Or should I mark such page as not supported since there is no support for background? 2nd link also looks weird in reporter template

Regarding this page:
It's not critical to omit these images, since they're used as backgrounds and aren't important for the article itself.

Regarding that page (http://www.kurer-sreda.ru/2018/03/16/342926-004-pozdravlenie-dmitrievoj):

It's better to mark this monster with animated figure and masks as unsupported. There's no way to display it correctly in the IV.
