Videos should be able to load. This can be done by setting the quality parameter (numbers directly before .mp4) to 640, else the video will be too big and it'll fail to load, although it's just 2 minutes long in this case.

Loading low quality videos hurts general IV experience and should not be handled this way. If video is too big to load, page should not generate the IV.
