Issue #1
Video should be able to load. This can be done by setting the quality parameter on the videos to 640 instead of 1280, because a resolution of 1280x720 will almost certainly fail to load because they become too big. A resolution of 640x480 should be better for IV which is supposed to be generated and loaded quickly.

- 640 width is 480 height. It's 2019, you really want to load 480p videos?
Using low quality videos when there are higher available hurts general IV experience. Your template won't load higher quality even if they possibly could load, because you are forcing 480p.
I'd like to see Admins decision here, from my point of view it's exactly same as this point in the rules:
"If for some reason it is only technically possible to obtain low-resolution versions of images (lower than 320px) for a page, on which high-resolution images are available on the web, the page should not generate an IV."
320px for image seems like 480p video in 2019 for me, there's barely anything lower than that. To add to this, whole point of this single page is the video. Using 480p here would really suck and normally I would agree with you, Falko, if 480p would be only thing there was, but it's not and I prefer quality over quantity.

- When several image resolutions are available, the IV page should use better quality images.

Also this is the original URL from the source. No need to manually change that - might even lead to broken IV, if it malforms an otherwise working URL, which would lead to your template being rejected.
