So it is important to defend your case regarding an issue before an arbiter decides on the issue.
Regarding the first linked issue, it's not related to this case.
Regarding the second linked issue, you had previously mentioned:
"Since the field "Author" supports only one url I'd prefer to leave it in the footer if there are several authors will be presented."
This is a reasonable counter-argument for this case. Next time, please link the previous issue beforehand, since normally, this would be considered a valid issue (as noted by the 2nd linked issue's original linked issue).

- Although, this specific case doesn't have an author URL. So a better counter-argument is needed.
In general, note that the source page itself does not duplicate the author name. yet this IV is duplicating the author name.
The author name at the bottom is also identifiable. Normally if it is to be set as the author of the IV, then it should be removed from the page to prevent duplication.
