Actually, one of these pages has been failed. This one with keeping all the photos in the gallery. Or that with not showing gallery as at the original page.

Here's how my template works, if there're any non empty paragraph inside .text, slideshow is safe to use, if not, slideshow should not be used because of that big EXCEPTION! in checklist.

This one does have a paragraph, that's why slideshow is a slideshow. The other one has a deep nested text node without any paragraph, that's why slideshow is not a slideshow. I think it's acceptable in the other case, since it's impossible to cover all cases.
