wrong date - this is the modified date.. you can read also the starting part of the report "Arezzo - 2 marzo 2019" and in the webpage there is a "Pubblicato: 2 marzo.." that in the original here in the editor is not shown

If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser
in lots of other articles, the date on top of the article is the only visible date on the page, so it's better, in general, to set that as the date.
