To the best of my knowledge, Betis vs Real Madrid kicked off at 19:45 UTC. Since all dates and times shown in the IV preview are in UTC, this template would imply that the article has been published before the match even started.
To me it sounds more likely that the date and time in the original article should be parsed according to the Colombian timezone (UTC-5 at the moment), so that 22:39 would be displayed in the preview.

Datetime in the source code is just a text inside <div> element. There is no information about timezone or maybe Epoch seconds on which we could rely.
