site_name is missig. Of course it's not ciritical issue coz IV not generated.
But whatever, you should think of any critical situation beforehand in which site name may disappear or miss by accident.
No one can guarantee site name will exist in every page that IV has generated

Unless you mean we should set site_name for whatever pages, no matter they do have IV or not.
