Are you serious? I don't know what to say.
Take a look at the breadcrumbs:
"La Provincia di Biella > Cronaca > Incendio Tracciolino: ..."
They clearly call themselves "La Provincia di Biella"

Yes, this is serious. The checklist was specifically updated to clarify how site_name should be handled.
