If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser.

- It is absolutely important to include the time if the article actually has a time in the meta.
For instance, if an article is posted a few hours ago, that's more relevant than just knowing the date.
