1. Yes. Correct site name even in page title is "Українські новини"

I just managed facts that og:site_name is "Lebanese Forces Official Website" and they're using english lang in articles as well. And domain is www.lebanese-forces.com. The question in should site_name be in international format if they're using multiple language or not
