DUPLICATED ISSUE

I disagree, author wants that related article there. If you put it in a <related> tag and there's no IV for it, the reader can miss an essential content.

In my opinion, RelatedArticles blocks are better suited for 'read also' sections at the end of the page. I think that 6.3.2 needs further clarifications.
