Checklist mentions at https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-2-5-media-credits that "Credits in captions must be preserved and placed inside the appropriate tag, provided it is technically possible to reliably identify them.". On this domain, credits (when identifiable) are always placed in the last <em> child of the caption span. It's easy to identify them and put in them in the appropriate <cite> tag (cf. my template), yet this template misses all caption credits.
<em> it's a regular HTML tag and it can't be reliable identified as a credit.
